SERIALFEST DVD SCREENING LICENSE

By sending this form you are applying for a license to show SerialFest DVDs at your location. This license is free regardless of whether you are non-profit, but you must fill out the form and receive a reply from us in order to gain permission to show SerialFest DVDs at your event.

In order to host your own SerialFest you must:

1) Be a member in good standing of the Serial Squadron/Movie Serial Message Boards (joining is free)

2) Present the event at a location where bootleg DVD sellers are NOT present

3) Display a small sign we will supply which indicates co-sponsorship of the screening by the Serial Squadron / www.serialsquadron.com and paper flyers for attendees to take if we decide to send you some

4) Mention the Serial Squadron and www.serialsquadron.com in your advertising or publicity

5) Fill out the form below so we can send you some flyers and post the dates of your event on the SerialFest site!

You may use the word "SerialFest" in advertising if we approve your license application.

Please contact Prince Barin at princebarin(a)serialsquadron.com if you would like to sell Squadron DVDs and/or other publications at your event. It is possible to order them at wholesale rates and longtime trusted Squadron members may qualify to have DVDs shipped in advance at no cost.
